Aspire PR & Marketing is pleased to announce leading bike manufacturer Canyon as a new client. Aspire will be working with the German company on maximising exposure of its fitness (hybrid) bikes, taking the Canyon brand beyond its traditional cycling core media outlets into health, fitness and consumer lifestyle press.
Aspire’s campaign will cover the UK and France, alongside a German PR and marketing campaign, and will run from spring to autumn, a time when Canyon sees biggest sales of its fitness bikes.
Canyon Fitness Bikes
Canyon’s fitness bikes are aimed squarely at those wishing to cycle and get one of the best cardio and endurance workouts available. There are two models in the range.
Pathlite
The Pathlite can take on all roads: equally comfortable both on and off tarmac, it enables you to head off the beaten track. Whether you cycle to train hard, to explore, or just for enjoyment, nowhere is off-limits thanks to the Pathlite’s off-road tyres and front suspension with 75 mm of travel.
Roadlite
Meanwhile the Roadlite lets you take your workout to the street and fit training into your daily routine, combining road bike performance with the comfort and control of a flat bar. If you cycle to work out, or just want a fast and efficient bike for your casual rides, the Roadlite is the bike for you. The Roadlite isn’t just fast: with its sleek design, it also looks the part, and has won accolades from Red Dot Design Awards, the iF Awards, the Eurobike Awards, and t3 Magazine.
MD Layla Smith commented, “We’re really pleased to be working with Canyon on this project. We have great respect for the brand and the fantastic bikes they make, as well as their support for pro cycling – both men’s and women’s teams – and we’re excited to be working alongside the teams at their HQ in Germany and in the UK.
Our ethos is all about getting outside and building activity into our everyday for a better quality and more positive way of life. This brief is about championing that ethos and bringing it to life through cycling, encouraging people to take to their bikes more frequently without necessarily having to don Lycra every time.”
