Tailored for comfort and designed for adventure, this product expands the range of Thule products designed for the back of your car.

Following the launch of the award-winning Thule Approach car tent for the roof, Thule is revealing the world’s first car tent that can be mounted directly on the towbar of your vehicle. Thule now offers the opportunity to mount a tent on the roof or the rear of the car, so that consumers can choose the best solution for their vehicle and preferences. Thanks to world-class in-house testing facilities at Thule, campers can also rest assured that the tent is securely mounted to the back of the vehicle and can withstand the elements.
Similar to the recently launched Thule Arcos rear cargo box that is mounted on the towbar of your vehicle, Thule Outset marks yet another product that extends the Thule range of rear-mounted solutions. The location at the back of your vehicle provides optimal aerodynamics for a better fuel economy or battery range. More information on the Thule Outset tent will be released at the beginning of 2024 ahead of the product’s launch to market in the summer of 2024.
